Submitting a broker or developer application does not create employment, agency, exclusivity, partnership or authority to represent My Property Circle. Any commercial arrangement, commission sharing, territory, lead handling or project appointment must be confirmed separately in writing.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Subject to mandatory legal requirements, disputes relating to the website will be handled within the appropriate courts or authorities in Gujarat.
